    How long until I get a reply?
    On weekdays we aim to reply within 24 hours, often much faster. Messages sent over the weekend get answered first thing Monday morning. If a week has passed and you haven't heard from us, please resend — sometimes emails get lost in spam filters.
    I have a question about the course — should I write here or wait?
    Write to us anytime. Pick "Course / Waitlist" in the subject dropdown and we'll get to you with the latest details, founder pricing info, and launch timeline. Joining the waitlist on the courses page also locks in early access.
    Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching or consulting?
    A limited number of slots open up each quarter. If you're interested, send a note describing where you are now and what you're trying to achieve. We'll let you know if there's a current opening that's a good fit.
    I'd like to sponsor a YouTube video — how does that work?
    Email partnerships@freedominhours.com with your product, target audience, and budget range. We're picky about who we work with — every sponsorship has to genuinely fit the audience — but we read every pitch.
    Do you accept guest posts or guest interviews?
    Occasionally, yes — when there's a strong overlap with what our community cares about. Send a short pitch with a topic angle, your background, and links to past work. Generic outreach gets politely declined.
    I never got my reply — what should I do?
    First check your spam and promotions folders — replies from us occasionally land there. If it's still missing after a few days, please send a quick follow-up message; we promise we're not ignoring you on purpose.
